Privacy notice · updated August 2026

Privacy at Fuego.

Fuego uses personal information only to operate accounts, respond to requests, provide tickets and experiences, send requested updates, and protect the service.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Fuego, this can include your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, profile details, inquiries, newsletter preference, order details, issued ticket codes, and security records such as session and check-in activity. Passwords and recovery tokens are stored only in protected hashed form.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, link and deliver tickets, handle reservations, answer inquiries, operate events, prevent abuse, and keep an auditable administration history. We do not sell visitor account information.

Storage and service providers

Website and account records are stored in Fuego’s Hostinger MySQL environment. Transactional account email is sent through the configured mail provider. A payment provider receives the information required to confirm payment only when checkout is activated.

Retention and security

Records are kept only while needed for the service, security, financial administration, dispute handling, or other valid operational requirements. Access is role-based, sensitive sessions use secure cookies, and password-reset links are single-use and expire.

Your choices

You can update your profile in your Fuego account, unsubscribe from requested marketing, or ask about access, correction, or deletion. Some order or security records may need to be preserved after an account is removed.
