Your Fuego account.

These terms describe responsible use of Fuego visitor accounts, reservations, and digital tickets.

Account access

Use accurate information, protect your password, and contact Fuego if you believe someone else accessed your account. Accounts may be suspended when needed to protect visitors, events, or the service.

Reservations and payment

A pending reservation is not a paid ticket. Availability and totals are checked by the server, and tickets are issued only after a valid payment confirmation. A reservation can expire before payment is confirmed.

Tickets and check-in

Ticket codes and QR codes are unique. Do not publish or share them with someone you do not trust. A ticket can be accepted only once and may be cancelled after a refund, charge reversal, or invalid transaction.

Event changes

Schedules, venues, line-ups, and experience details can change when reasonably necessary. Event-specific purchase, refund, age, access, or transfer conditions shown at checkout or sent with the ticket also apply.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, automate abusive requests, interfere with security, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, tickets, or administration tools.
